After 45 years experience making doll clothes.  I have found that I can put all dolls in 5 sizes.

 Barbie doll have there own category. I started making these clothes when I was 18 at present there are no clothes on this website yet. 

Small dolls are baby dolls 10 inches to 12 inches.  The Cabbage Patch Newborn fits into this size.  This is not limited to Cabbage Patch Newborn but it gives you the idea of the size.

Medium dolls are baby dolls 13 inches to 17 inches.  The Cabbage Patch Baby (Preeme), Bitty Baby, Baby Alive to name a few.  This size also fits the medium size Build a Bear.

Large dolls are baby dolls 18 iches to 22 inches.  The Cabbage Patch Kid, Baby Annebelle are a couple.  These are the larger style baby dolls.  This size also includes the Standard size Build a Bear.

18 inch dolls are the American Girl, Maple Girl and Our Generation dolls.  They are doll that look like young girls not babies.

I make all these clothes myself out of good quality material.  After watching my daughter try and put on doll clothes herself and then asking for help, I promised myself that anything I make will be easy to put on their dolls with no help.  My designs are generous in size.
